One More Time McCartney, One More Time

Today's post will be in my subject area of fashion. In keeping with the trend that has become my life for the last 3 weeks (typing two words consecutively so much so that I can actually type them with my eyes closed), I have decided to highlight Stella McCartney, hopefully making this the last time I have to type her name, because as much as I love it, I would much rather see it on a shopping bag or a tag hanging in my closet :-). Anyway, back to the subject, Comic Relief, an annual charity event aimed at freeing the world of poverty, is coming up and Stella has designed the t-shirts for this event. The £9.99 t-shirts that carry black and white images of The Beatles, Morecambe & Wise and a rabbit for the kids, all sporting photoshopped red noses, were an affair that included the entire McCartney family: in addition to Stella and Paul, Linda, the late wife and mother, took the picture of The Beatles, while Stella's sister Mary photographed the celeb models. If all this wasn't enough to buy you, maybe Claudia Schiffer, Keira Knightley and Gwyneth Paltrow, the models for the campaign, can further persuade you.
